These professionals will be available to anser your questions to help you grow your business. The workshop will be facilitated by the Billings Advertising Club (BAM).
Graphic Design: Scott Audet, Creative Services Manager, St. Vincent Healthcare
Learn how to communicate and inspire your customers by adding text and visual concepts to enhance your website and marketing materials for your business. Students will hear about what works and what doesn’t. Scott graduated from Montana State Universtiy with a degree in Greaphic Design in 2007. He started in print/marketing and transitioned into healthcare marketing since 2012 for SCL Health producing creative design for major marketing campaigns.
Public Relations: Dianne Parker, Avitus Group
Learn how to create a PR Strategy to work for your business. Learn what makes a great sound bite, design communication campaigns, what should be in news content, and more tips on implemenation of your PR strategy. A recipient of the 40 under 40 award in 2013, Dianne Parker has worked as an Anchor for CBS in Montana and Alaska, and has been behind the scenes producing news shows for local NBC and CBS affiliates, writing creative stories for broadcast, editing video and script for stories, and writing for an inspiring womens’ magazine in Montana. She currently is managing a PR team for Avitus Group and is hosting Montana Matters on CBS in Montana as well as a Community 7 TV host.

It’s about finding an audience and providing the content they want to consume. In this presentation we’ll discuss how to find your voice on social media and develop a content strategy that attracts an engaged audience. Jessica is the founder and owner of Billings365. Jessica has been successful in building an engaged audience around “Things to do in Billings”. The brand distributes content throughout multiple channels including Billings 365.com, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and an e-newsletter to deliver the message to its audience where it wants to consume it.
